Matsunami -- The World Federation of Buddhists, centered in Thailand, is the
largest ecumenical Buddhist group in the world, comprising all traditions
from many countries. The author is making valuable suggestions for the
development of Buddhism in the modern world. Bishop Matsunami is an
internationally known leader in the WBF and in Japanese Buddhism. He is the
head of the Jodo-shu Kinryuji temple in Tochigi Japan. Note:
